Description

This Cherry Delight is an easy, no-bake dessert with a rich, creamy filling and a sweet cherry topping. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, or whenever you need a simple yet indulgent treat!

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 crackers)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
For the Topping:
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Layer
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
Step 3: Add the Cherry Topping
  1. Evenly spread the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

  • No cherry pie filling? Use blueberry, strawberry, or fresh macerated cherries.
