Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through for 2–3 minutes until warmed and slightly crispy.
- Make the Garlic Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous spoonful of garlic sauce over each tortilla.
- Layer with spinach or lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, seasoned chicken, and a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Toast the Wraps:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
