  • For the Wraps:
    • 4 large flour tortillas
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
    • 1 medium tomato, diced
    • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
    • Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through for 2–3 minutes until warmed and slightly crispy.
  • Make the Garlic Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
    • Spread a generous spoonful of garlic sauce over each tortilla.
    • Layer with spinach or lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, seasoned chicken, and a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Toast the Wraps:
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
