- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- Crackers or pretzels for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon (if using), green onions, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Scoop out small portions of the cheese mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into bite-sized balls.
- In separate small bowls, place the chopped nuts and parsley.
- Roll each cheese ball in either the chopped nuts or parsley, pressing lightly to make the coatings stick.
- Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or pretzels for dipping.
