Ingredients

12 oz (340g) pasta (rotini or penne work great)

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.
