Description

Juicy, tender steak bites seared in garlic butter and served with crispy herb-seasoned potatoes—a quick and flavorful one-pan meal perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Potatoes:

1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Steak Bites:

1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Potatoes:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fork-tender. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Cook the Steak Bites:
  1. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  2. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side, until browned. Work in batches if needed.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and cook for 1 minute, tossing the steak in the butter sauce.
Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Return the potatoes to the skillet and mix with the steak bites.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, if using.
  3. Serve hot with a side of garlic bread or a green salad.

Notes

  • Use ribeye, strip, or tenderloin for extra tenderness.
  • Swap baby potatoes for sweet potatoes for a twist.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the steak while cooking.
