- Prepare the cake batter according to the box instructions, adding vanilla or almond extract if using.
- Pour the batter into the mini bundt molds, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Drizzle or dip each bundt cake in the pastel glaze.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top if you want a “fluffy bunny” look.
- Attach a mini marshmallow to the back of each cake as a bunny tail.

- Add pink sanding sugar or sprinkles to make bunny ears (optional).
-
Set and Serve:
- Allow the glaze to set for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy your adorable Bunny Bundt Cakes!
Notes
If you don’t have a mini bundt pan, use a regular cupcake pan for bunny-shaped cupcakes instead!
You can also use a homemade vanilla or pound cake recipe instead of cake mix.
For a richer glaze, substitute some of the milk with melted white chocolate.
To make bunny ears, cut marshmallows diagonally and dip the sticky side in pink sugar.
