- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 2 cups Rice Chex cereal (or Corn Chex)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups pastel-colored M&Ms (or other candy-coated chocolates)
- 12 oz white chocolate chips (or candy melts)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1/4 cup pastel-colored sprinkles

- Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the popcorn, pretzels, Chex cereal, marshmallows, and M&Ms.
- Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Coat the Mix: Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the snack mix and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Add Sprinkles: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle pastel sprinkles over the mix for extra color and crunch.
- Let It Set: Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes (or refrigerate for faster setting).
- Break & Serve: Once set, break into bite-sized pieces and serve in a festive bowl or portion into treat bags for gifting!
