This Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is spicy, cheesy, and perfect for game day or a quick weeknight dinner. It’s loaded with tender chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, melty cheese, and a creamy drizzle of ranch or blue cheese. Serve it as a main dish or slice it up for an easy appetizer!
Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
- Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. -
Mix Chicken:
In a bowl, toss the chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter until well coated. -
Assemble Flatbreads:
Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over each. Top with buffalo chicken, red onion slices, and blue cheese crumbles if using. -
Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of the flatbread are golden.

Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions or parsley. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- For a crispy base, toast the flatbread in the oven for a few minutes before adding toppings.
