Description

This Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is spicy, cheesy, and perfect for game day or a quick weeknight dinner. It’s loaded with tender chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, melty cheese, and a creamy drizzle of ranch or blue cheese. Serve it as a main dish or slice it up for an easy appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
  • Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

  • Mix Chicken:
    In a bowl, toss the chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter until well coated.

  • Assemble Flatbreads:
    Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over each. Top with buffalo chicken, red onion slices, and blue cheese crumbles if using.

  • Bake:
    Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of the flatbread are golden.

 

  • Finish and Serve:
    Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions or parsley. Slice and serve warm.


Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • For a crispy base, toast the flatbread in the oven for a few minutes before adding toppings.

 

  • Add sliced celery on top after baking for extra crunch.
