- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8×8-inch or similar).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until smooth.
- Add Chicken & Cheese: Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with crumbled blue cheese (if using).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions or parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, crackers, or bread slices.
