Description

A flaky crescent roll ring stuffed with spicy buffalo chicken and gooey cheese, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat & Prep:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Make the Buffalo Chicken Filling:
  • 3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • 3. Assemble the Crescent Ring:
  • 4. Unroll crescent roll dough and arrange the triangles in a circle on the baking sheet, with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the points facing outward.
  • 5. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly around the wide ends of the dough.
  • 6. Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck them under the ring.
  • 4. Bake & Serve:
  • 7. Brush the top with melted butter.
  • 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 9. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add crumbled bacon or diced celery to the filling.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for an easy shortcut.
  • Make it spicier by adding extra buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne.
