This Boursin Cheese Baked Pasta is a creamy, garlicky twist on the viral TikTok pasta! Instead of feta, this version uses Boursin cheese, which melts beautifully into a luxurious sauce. It’s an easy, one-pan meal packed with flavor!

- 1 block Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese (5.2 oz)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 10 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or bowtie)
- 1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated, for topping)
Instructions
1. Prep & Bake the Cheese & Tomatoes:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, place Boursin cheese in the center.
- Add cherry tomatoes around the cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until tomatoes are soft and bursting.
2. Cook the Pasta:
- While the cheese bakes, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
3. Mix Everything Together:
- Remove the dish from the oven and mash the Boursin cheese & tomatoes with a spoon until creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and pasta water, stirring until fully coated.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan and basil on top
