Description

This Boursin Cheese Baked Pasta is a creamy, garlicky twist on the viral TikTok pasta! Instead of feta, this version uses Boursin cheese, which melts beautifully into a luxurious sauce. It’s an easy, one-pan meal packed with flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1 block Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 10 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or bowtie)
  • 1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated, for topping)

Instructions

1. Prep & Bake the Cheese & Tomatoes:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place Boursin cheese in the center.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes around the cheese.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, until tomatoes are soft and bursting.

2. Cook the Pasta:

  1. While the cheese bakes, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

3. Mix Everything Together:

  1. Remove the dish from the oven and mash the Boursin cheese & tomatoes with a spoon until creamy.
  2. Add cooked pasta and pasta water, stirring until fully coated.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve warm with extra Parmesan and basil on top

Notes

  • Want protein? Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or crispy bacon.
