- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 6 large eggs

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- For Serving
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prep the Casserole: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread half of the bread cubes in the dish. Scatter half of the cream cheese and blueberries over the bread. Repeat with the remaining bread, cream cheese, and blueberries.
- Make the Custard: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour evenly over the bread mixture. Lightly press down with a spatula to ensure the bread absorbs the liquid. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Make the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter using a fork or your fingers until crumbly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Sprinkle the topping evenly over the casserole. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy warm!
