Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: If using frozen chicken tenders, cook according to package instructions. If using fresh, season and grill or fry until fully cooked.
- Cook the bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Toast the buns: Spread butter on the inside of each hot dog bun and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwich: Place a cooked chicken tender in each bun. Top with a slice of cheese, a strip of crispy bacon, and a generous drizzle of honey mustard.
