Scale
- :
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing, if using fresh spinach)
Instructions

- Add Spinach and Water Chestnuts: Fold in the sautéed spinach (or thawed spinach) and chopped water chestnuts, if using.
- Chill: Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
- Serve: Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.
Notes
- :
- For an extra creamy dip, you can add a bit of cream cheese or Greek yogurt.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- If you prefer a warm dip, transfer the dip to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
