Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish (8×8-inch or similar).
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Bake: Pour the mixture into the greased dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
