Description

These crispy, cheesy avocado chips are a delicious and healthy alternative to regular chips. They’re packed with good fats, gluten-free, and perfect for snacking!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash Avocado: In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape Chips: Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet. Flatten each into thin circles (about 2 inches wide).
  • Bake: Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  • Cool & Serve: Let the chips cool for a few minutes before enjoying. They will crisp up more as they cool.

Notes

  • Make sure the avocado is fully mashed for a smoother texture.
  • If you want extra crunch, let the chips cool completely before eating.
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes or paprika for a spicy kick!
