- 1 large ripe avocado
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash Avocado: In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape Chips: Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet. Flatten each into thin circles (about 2 inches wide).
- Bake: Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Cool & Serve: Let the chips cool for a few minutes before enjoying. They will crisp up more as they cool.
Notes
- Make sure the avocado is fully mashed for a smoother texture.
- If you want extra crunch, let the chips cool completely before eating.
