Description

These Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are made with a creamy ranch-flavored filling, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, all rolled up in a soft flour tortilla. They’re the perfect make-ahead snack for parties, game days, or lunchboxes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  • Make the Filling – In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Add the Good Stuff – Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  • Assemble the Roll-Ups – Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture onto each flour tortilla, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
  • Roll & Chill – Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Slice & Serve – Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve!

Notes

  • Make-Ahead Friendly: These can be made a day in advance—just keep them wrapped in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Want a kick? Add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
  • Use different cheeses like pepper jack or mozzarella for variety.
  • Low-carb option: Use low-carb tortillas or roll the mixture in lettuce leaves instead!
