These Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are made with a creamy ranch-flavored filling, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, all rolled up in a soft flour tortilla. They’re the perfect make-ahead snack for parties, game days, or lunchboxes!

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- Make the Filling – In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Add the Good Stuff – Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups – Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture onto each flour tortilla, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
- Roll & Chill – Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice & Serve – Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve!
