Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or mayo), honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
