Instructions

  • Prepare the Vegetables:
  • Thinly slice the cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onion.
  • Chop the cilantro if using.
  • Make the Dressing:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
