Description

These Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and super easy to make. They’re perfect as a quick side dish or snack, and you can season them any way you like!

Ingredients

Scale

2 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced (about 1/8-inch thick)

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped parsley or grated Parmesan for topping

Instructions

Prep Potatoes:

Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (no need to peel unless you want to). Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Season:

In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Air Fry:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) if needed. Place the slices in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley or Parmesan if desired. Serve hot!

Notes

Yukon Gold or red potatoes also work well.

For extra crispiness, soak the slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes before drying and seasoning.

Great with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.
