For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
For the Slaw:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (green, red, or a mix)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
For Serving:
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
- Extra lime wedges
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Season the Shrimp:
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, cayenne (if using), and lime juice.

Air Fry the Shrimp:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and slightly crispy.

Make the Slaw:
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, mayo (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
- Toss well and set aside.

Warm the Tortillas:
- Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until warm.

Assemble the Tacos:
- Fill each tortilla with slaw, air-fried shrimp, avocado slices, and diced tomatoes or pico de gallo.
