These Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies are soft, chewy, and made with just a few simple ingredients. The air fryer gives them a perfectly golden texture without needing to heat up the oven. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
(Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts for extra crunch!)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Make the Dough:
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- If using, fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts.
- Shape the Cookies:
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball.
- Place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
- Use a fork to press down and create a crisscross pattern.
- Air Fry the Cookies:
- Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cookies rest in the air fryer for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve & Enjoy!
- Enjoy warm, or let cool completely for a firmer texture.
Notes
- For crispier cookies, air fry for an extra 1–2 minutes.
- Make them flourless! Omit baking soda for a 3-ingredient version.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
