1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup mayonnaise
Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
- Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper.

- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
