Description

This Air Fryer Oreo Mug Cake is a quick and indulgent dessert made with just a few ingredients. It’s rich, chocolatey, and ready in minutes—perfect when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to bake a whole cake!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • Optional: a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos:
Place Oreos in a microwave-safe mug or small ramekin and crush them with a spoon or fork until they resemble coarse crumbs.

  • Add Wet Ingredients:
Pour in the milk and stir to combine until the cookies are fully soaked and softened.

  • Mix in Flour & Baking Powder:
Add the flour and baking powder, then stir until smooth and well blended.

  • Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the mug or ramekin in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the cake is set and cooked through.

  • Cool Slightly & Serve:
Let cool for a minute or two, then top with ice cream, whipped cream, or more crushed Oreos if desired. Dig in while it’s warm!

Notes

  • Make it extra gooey by adding a piece of chocolate or a spoonful of Nutella in the center before cooking.

  • Want it vegan? Use plant-based milk and check your Oreos are dairy-free (most are!).
