- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for extra flavor)
For Serving (Optional):
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Extra melted butter for drizzling

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak Bites:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the steak bites and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Cook the Steak Bites:
- Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness:
- Medium-Rare: 130°F (54°C) – ~6 minutes
- Medium: 140°F (60°C) – ~7 minutes
- Medium-Well: 150°F (65°C) – ~8 minutes
- Serve & Enjoy:
- Drizzle with extra melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes
- For extra tenderness, use ribeye or filet mignon.
