Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak (or ribeye, New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for extra flavor)

For Serving (Optional):

  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra melted butter for drizzling
  • Garlic aioli or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Steak Bites:
    • In a bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce.
    • Add the steak bites and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  3. Cook the Steak Bites:
    • Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
    • Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness:
      • Medium-Rare: 130°F (54°C) – ~6 minutes
      • Medium: 140°F (60°C) – ~7 minutes
      • Medium-Well: 150°F (65°C) – ~8 minutes
  4. Serve & Enjoy:
    • Drizzle with extra melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
    • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside roasted vegetables and rice.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, use ribeye or filet mignon.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your preference—add more garlic, spice, or herbs!
  • If you don’t have Worcestershire sauce, swap it with soy sauce or balsamic vinegar for a slightly different flavor.
