Description

These garlic-roasted green beans are air-fried to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with garlicky goodness. They make the perfect healthy side dish for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional, adds depth)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Set the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.

2. Season the Green Beans:

  • In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes until well coated.

3. Air Fry Until Crispy:

  • Spread the green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender and slightly crispy.
