These Air Fryer Crispy Taco Pinwheels are crunchy, cheesy, and full of bold taco flavor. Made with seasoned beef and melty cheese rolled in tortillas and crisped up in the air fryer, they’re perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a fun twist on Taco Tuesday!
Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, chopped cilantro

Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened. Let cool slightly. -
Assemble Pinwheels:
Lay out tortillas. Spread taco meat evenly on each, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly into logs. -
Slice & Prep:
Slice each rolled tortilla into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels. Spray both sides with cooking spray. -
Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pinwheels in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
