Description

This crispy and flavorful air fryer broccoli is ready in minutes! Lightly seasoned and perfectly roasted, it makes a delicious, healthy side dish or snack.


Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets (about 1 medium head)

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for serving)


Instructions

Prepare the Broccoli:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Cook the Broccoli:
  1. Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. (Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.)
  2. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are crispy and slightly charred.
Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
  2. Serve immediately as a side dish or snack!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, increase the heat to 400°F (200°C) for the last 2 minutes.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Try drizzling with balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
