4 cups broccoli florets (about 1 medium head)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Prepare the Broccoli:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Cook the Broccoli:
- Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. (Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.)
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are crispy and slightly charred.
Serve & Enjoy!
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.

Notes
- For extra crispiness, increase the heat to 400°F (200°C) for the last 2 minutes.
