- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for a little spice)
- Optional Garnish:
- Fresh parsley or cilantro
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 3–5 minutes.
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Rub each breast with olive oil to help the seasoning stick.
- Season the Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili powder.
- Evenly coat both sides of the chicken with the seasoning mix.
- Air Fry the Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6–8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest & Serve:
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes to keep it juicy.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides!

- Cooking Time Tip: If your chicken breasts are larger than 8 oz each, add 2–3 extra minutes of cooking time.
- No Air Fryer? Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheating: Warm in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes to keep it crispy.
