- 2 ripe bananas (but not overripe)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Bananas:
- Peel and slice bananas into ½-inch thick rounds or cut them lengthwise in half for larger pieces.

Coat the Bananas:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter (or coconut oil), honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Gently toss the banana slices in the mixture, coating them evenly.

Air Fry the Bananas:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (use parchment paper for easy cleanup).
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and caramelized.
