Description

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—these Air Fried Potato Wedges are a healthier, faster way to enjoy a classic side dish. Seasoned with garlic, paprika, and parmesan, they’re the ultimate crispy comfort food made with little oil!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium russet potatoes

  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Scrub potatoes clean and cut each into 8 wedges (cut in half lengthwise, then into quarters).

Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry. (This step helps them get extra crispy.)

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the dried potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan (if using).

Place wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches).

Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can use Yukon Gold potatoes for a creamier inside.

For extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne or chili powder.

Serve with ketchup, ranch, or aioli for dipping.
