- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt peanut butter & butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).
- Add vanilla & sugar: Stir in vanilla extract, then gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and smooth.
- Press into a pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the pan, smoothing the top.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut & serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
