Description

This 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge is rich, smooth, and packed with peanut butter flavor! Made in just minutes with no baking required, it’s the perfect treat for holidays, gifts, or whenever you need a quick and delicious dessert.

 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Melt peanut butter & butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).
  • Add vanilla & sugar: Stir in vanilla extract, then gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and smooth.
  • Press into a pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the pan, smoothing the top.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut & serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
  • Add mix-ins like chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra flavor!
  • For salted peanut butter fudge, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before chilling.
