Description

Ingredients

This Farfalle Pasta Salad is a delicious mix of bowtie pasta, crisp veggies, and a tangy homemade dressing. It’s light yet satisfying, making it a great 

  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the farfalle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, bell pepper, feta cheese, and parsley.
  • Toss with Dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss well to coat everything evenly.
  • Chill & Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature
