Description

This Snickers Poke Cake is a decadent dessert made with a moist chocolate cake, filled with caramel sauce, and topped with a fluffy whipped topping, chopped Snickers bars, and a drizzle of caramel and chocolate. It’s the perfect treat for Snickers lovers and great for parties!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Cake:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: eggs, oil, water)

For the Filling:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

For the Topping:

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Bake the Cake: Prepare and bake the chocolate cake according to the package instructions in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Poke the Holes: Once the cake is done, let it cool for about 10 minutes. Then, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
  • Add the Filling: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, letting it soak into the holes. Then drizzle the caramel sauce on top.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to soak in.
  • Add the Toppings: Spread the whipped topping evenly over the cake. Sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars on top.
  • Drizzle & Serve: Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the cake. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use homemade chocolate cake instead of a box mix if you prefer.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts on top.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
