Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) tub strawberry frosting
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Melt the Chocolate:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth (about 1–1.5 minutes total).
  • Alternatively, melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stovetop.
  • Mix in the Frosting:
  • Stir the strawberry frosting into the melted chocolate until fully combined and smooth.
  • Pour & Set:
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  • Chill & Cut:
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor: Add freeze-dried strawberries or strawberry extract for a stronger strawberry taste.
  • For decorations: Sprinkle with heart-shaped sprinkles, white chocolate drizzle, or chopped nuts before chilling.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or at room temperature for 3-4 days.
