Description

This fresh and vibrant strawberry spinach salad comes together in just 15 minutes! It’s loaded with juicy strawberries, tender baby spinach, crunchy nuts, and creamy feta, all tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette. Perfect as a side dish or a light lunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted optional)

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)


Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced strawberries, and red onion.

  2. Sprinkle crumbled feta and chopped nuts over the top.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
