Instructions
How to Use the Marinades
- Combine ingredients in a bowl or zip-top bag.
- Add chicken and coat evenly.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
- Cook as desired:
- Grill: 5-7 minutes per side at medium heat.
- Bake: 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Sauté: 5-7 minutes per side over medium heat.
- Air Fry: 380°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
